This villa was relocated from Auckland to an elevated site in Athenree via our Hamilton yard and lovingly restored and added to by the new owner. It won the Gold Award and was the Local Winner in the Renovation Category at the Master Builders Awards, Bay of Plenty 2008. It now is a beautiful B&B – Villa Cornucopia.
