Unless stated in the house description and buildings that have come off concrete floors, all prices include:
We can deliver most places in the North Island - extra kilometres are $20.00 incl GST per km per piece for 50km to 100km and $30.00 per km per piece thereafter. We will inspect the route to determine whether the building sections can physically fit.
We can also relocate buildings on to sloping sites, on to a basement or on to sites with less than simple access - ask one of our staff about the extra costs involved.
If the house has been cut into two or more pieces, they will be structurally tied together again. Likewise, if the roof needs to be lowered in order to be shifted, it is re-erected again at the new destination.
The house is affixed to the foundations with galvanised steel fixings. Insurance is also included for the duration of the contract.
Built in 1914, this flat-fronted villa has wide rusticated weatherboard and a longrun hip roof. Gibbed with a 9’ stud (2.70m), the original ceiling may still be above the lowered ceiling.
The house also contains panel doors and some double hung windows. Wide architrave and some wide decorative skirting in the original part of the house. Wide native T&G flooring to original and narrower Matai T&G flooring to the rear addition. Simpson stove. French doors at front.
Possibly a single piece move.
