Unless stated in the house description and buildings that have come off concrete floors, all prices include:
We can deliver most places in the North Island - extra kilometres are $20.00 incl GST per km per piece for 50km to 100km and $30.00 per km per piece thereafter. We will inspect the route to determine whether the building sections can physically fit.
We can also relocate buildings on to sloping sites, on to a basement or on to sites with less than simple access - ask one of our staff about the extra costs involved.
If the house has been cut into two or more pieces, they will be structurally tied together again. Likewise, if the roof needs to be lowered in order to be shifted, it is re-erected again at the new destination.
The house is affixed to the foundations with galvanised steel fixings. Insurance is also included for the duration of the contract.

Almost... totally original.
The previous owner split this into 2 x one bedroom flats and at present it has a second small kitchen. The other bathroom and laundry were part of a lean to which was removed. The original hallway how has gib on one side for the legal firewall between the two flats. Other than that it is totally original. Still has scrim on the walls and the gorgeous high ceilings. Even the originals sash windows, which still work beautifully as they have recently renewed ropes etc.
It wouldn't take much to reinstate the old doorways back into the hall and turn this back into a gorgeous family home.
It is not quite in showroom ready condition yet as it has only just landed in the yard, an we didn't even have time to un-pack it before the boys were off to the next site.
