A huge four bedroom home with ex brick cladding and some newer Hardiplank. Rectangular shape with massive lounge and open plan dining room with kitchen next door which could easily be opened up.  Off the hallway with an external door is either a laundry or has been carpeted and used as a fifth bedroom or office. Bedroom one is a large double bedroom with single wardrobe and second bedroom is a bit smaller and bright green with single wardrobe. Third bedroom is almost a triple bedroom with a triple wardrobe (nearly the full wall size). Original bathroom with separate shower and bath. A huge master bedroom, which was also used as a beauty boutique. Enormous walk in wardrobe with matching his and her mirror sides.  Has low drawers with a sports massage table on top. Newish bathroom with massive glass sided shower and with a clawfoot bath outside the room. Two areas for the bed and another area for lounge or could convert the whole master bedroom into two or three bedrooms giving a 6 bedroom house with two bathrooms.  Native T&G floors.  Heaps of potential!

What's Included in the Price?

Unless stated in the house description and buildings that have come off concrete floors, all prices include:

  • supply of the house/building,
  • delivery on to a flat and accessible site within 50 kilometres of our Hamilton yard
  • new standard treated timber pile foundations
  • insurance and GST.

We can deliver most places in the North Island - extra kilometres are $20.00 incl GST per km per piece for 50km to 100km and $30.00 per km per piece thereafter. We will inspect the route to determine whether the building sections can physically fit.

We can also relocate buildings on to sloping sites, on to a basement or on to sites with less than simple access - ask one of our staff about the extra costs involved.

If the house has been cut into two or more pieces, they will be structurally tied together again. Likewise, if the roof needs to be lowered in order to be shifted, it is re-erected again at the new destination.

The house is affixed to the foundations with galvanised steel fixings. Insurance is also included for the duration of the contract.
