What's Included in the Price?
Unless stated in the house description and buildings that have come off concrete floors, all prices include:
- supply of the house/building,
- delivery on to a flat and accessible site within 50 kilometres of our Hamilton yard
- new standard treated timber pile foundations
- insurance and GST.
We can deliver most places in the North Island - extra kilometres are $20.00 incl GST per km per piece for 50km to 100km and $30.00 per km per piece thereafter. We will inspect the route to determine whether the building sections can physically fit.
We can also relocate buildings on to sloping sites, on to a basement or on to sites with less than simple access - ask one of our staff about the extra costs involved.
If the house has been cut into two or more pieces, they will be structurally tied together again. Likewise, if the roof needs to be lowered in order to be shifted, it is re-erected again at the new destination.
The house is affixed to the foundations with galvanised steel fixings. Insurance is also included for the duration of the contract.

Victorian single bay villa.
This property is clad in wide rusticated weatherboard and has a corrugated iron roof. Twin fishtail roof.
3 large bedrooms with a separate living room or even a fourth bedroom.
The property has had it's ceilings lowered, however there is some of the original board and batten above should you wish to restore this property. We have replaced some windows, due to breakage. A great feature of the property is that it has beautiful wide T&G flooring. All spouting is now PVC.
