Cheap house! Especially if close to Hamilton. 3 bedroom, Durroc cladding, concrete tile roof, native T&G flooring. We need the space in our yard so just want this one sold! Now the price also includes the shift and foundations. It is assumed the house can be shifted in one piece with the roof intact. If we need the power board and phone wire escorts due to the height it will cost a few more $$$ and if we need to lower the roof and re-erect it at the new site, we will do that but it excludes a roofer either reinstating the roof tiles or a roofer putting on a new roof. Still a cheapie though!

What's Included in the Price?
Unless stated in the house description and buildings that have come off concrete floors, all prices include:
- supply of the house/building,
- delivery on to a flat and accessible site within 50 kilometres of our Hamilton yard
- new standard treated timber pile foundations
- insurance and GST.
We can deliver most places in the North Island - extra kilometres are $20.00 incl GST per km per piece for 50km to 100km and $30.00 per km per piece thereafter. We will inspect the route to determine whether the building sections can physically fit.
We can also relocate buildings on to sloping sites, on to a basement or on to sites with less than simple access - ask one of our staff about the extra costs involved.
If the house has been cut into two or more pieces, they will be structurally tied together again. Likewise, if the roof needs to be lowered in order to be shifted, it is re-erected again at the new destination.
The house is affixed to the foundations with galvanised steel fixings. Insurance is also included for the duration of the contract.
