What's Included in the Price?
Unless stated in the house description and buildings that have come off concrete floors, all prices include:
- supply of the house/building,
- delivery on to a flat and accessible site within 50 kilometres of our Hamilton yard
- new standard treated timber pile foundations
- insurance and GST.
We can deliver most places in the North Island - extra kilometres are $20.00 incl GST per km per piece for 50km to 100km and $30.00 per km per piece thereafter. We will inspect the route to determine whether the building sections can physically fit.
We can also relocate buildings on to sloping sites, on to a basement or on to sites with less than simple access - ask one of our staff about the extra costs involved.
If the house has been cut into two or more pieces, they will be structurally tied together again. Likewise, if the roof needs to be lowered in order to be shifted, it is re-erected again at the new destination.
The house is affixed to the foundations with galvanised steel fixings. Insurance is also included for the duration of the contract.

This is a hidden gem with a massive kitchen and separate lounge. The lounge is ridiculously large with plenty of windows to allow natural light in. Kitchen is longer than your typical kitchen, plenty of storage space and includes the back door. Master bedroom is bigger than expected in a typical 2 bedroom home with plenty of windows for the sunshine to stream through. Two separate single and a bit wardrobes for him and her. Second bedroom is also a decent size with a single wardrobe. One piece shift.
